Nokia Lumia 625 with 4G now available in Kenya

Nokia has announced the availability of the Nokia Lumia 625 smart phone across East Africa, offering high speed connectivity with 4G and LTE capabilities. The Nokia Lumia 625, was officially launched for the South and East Africa markets last week in Johannesburg, SA. Nokia also unveiled the aluminum plated Lumia 925 and the 42 mega pixel camera Lumia 1020 at the same event.


The Nokia Lumia 625 is 4G/LTE ready smartphone, capable of offering up to 10 times faster video streaming and internet surfing dependent on the availability of a supporting network. Content like games, apps, and free navigation with HERE Maps and Drive are also easier to follow on its big screen. It offers access to over 165,000 apps and leading Nokia services out of the box.


The Lumia 625 offers the choice of semi-transparent changeable cases; available in white, black and yellow which add to the live tile personalization brought by Windows Phone 8.

Users will have access to Xbox Live, Microsoft Office integration and 7GB of online SkyDrive storage that add to the 8GB of in built memory, and SD memory card support of up to 64GB.
